From the vineyards of Cañete and Ica (central coast of Perú) we are proud to be the only place in Arizona offering Santiago Queirolo wines. These are some of the best wines produced in Perú. Magdalena $9/$36 A Barbera & Malbec variety with a deep ruby red color, its velvet tones make for a delicious medium bodied taste with low tannins and fruity flavors. Borgoña $9/$36 A Grenache/Quebranta that is dark pink with high aroma and sweetness from both red and white full grown fruits. White Wines Sauvignon Blanc, Chile $7/$27 Crisp, clean, with lemon, melon and tropical fruit flavors Chardonnay, Chile $8/$32 Elegant, balanced with hints of melon, pineapple, apricot and citrus. We’re the only place in Arizona that serves the famed Pisco Queirolo. Pisco Sour Maracuyá NEW $9 A blend made in heaven: Passion fruit and Pisco Sour (no egg). Chilcano de Pisco $8 Pisco, ginger ale and natural sweet syrup. Served with a lime twist. Peru Libre $7 Pisco Queirolo and coke. Cocktail de Algarrobina $9 Pisco, special molasses form the Peruvian Algarrobo tree, cream and natural sweet syrup. A delight! Pisco Sour Miraflores $8 Inca’s creation containing Pisco, limon juice, egg whites, simple syrup and mango. Pisco Sour $8 Cocktail made with Pisco, fresh lime juice, a touch of egg white, simple syrup, and regional bitters. Pisco Sunrise $8 Pisco, orange juice and grenadine syrup.
